3. Service Terms

a. IT & ITES Services

• Project Initiation: Projects commence upon mutual agreement, which may include a signed contract or acceptance of a proposal.
• Timelines: Estimated timelines will be provided; however, they are subject to change based on project scope and client responsiveness.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide necessary resources, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

b. Career & Life Coaching

• Session Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled in advance. Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed times.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or canceling a session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Coaching Relationship: Coaching is a collaborative process. While we aim to provide guidance, outcomes depend on the client's commitment and actions.

4. Payments

• Fees: All fees for services will be communicated prior to engagement.
• Payment Terms: Payments are due as per the agreed schedule, which may include upfront payments, milestones, or upon completion.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in the agreement.
• Refunds: Refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, completed services are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any data shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property created during the course of our services, including software, designs, and content, will be owned as specified in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will become immediately due.
